FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of one-piece coupling joining of metal pipes which comprises the arrangement on external surface of pipe ends of sealing rings, installation inside the pipe ends of bushings, and outside of the pipe ends of couplings and joining of pipes by the coupling crimping by reduction, on the external surface of the bushing the circular ledges with sharp edge are made between which wide circular spot facings are made and the coupling is crimped by reduction together with the pipe ends until reduction of internal diameter of the pipe ends down to the size, less than outer diameter of the circular spot facings of the bushing at which circular ledges of the bushing with sharp edges penetrate into metal of the pipe ends.
EFFECT: simplification of fabrication of pipes for their coupling joining and decrease of cost of pipe joining with simultaneous keeping of strength of pipe connection during construction of oil-field high pressure pipelines.
