FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: radio frequency safe OR logical element, comprising the first mixer, the outlet of which is connected via the first high pass filter with the inlets of the first and second summators and the first inlets of the second and third mixers, outlets of which are connected accordingly with the second inlets of the first and second summators, outlets of which are connected accordingly via the first and second strip filters with inlets of the first and second calculators of the signal envelope, outlets of which are connected accordingly with the first and second inlets of the first and second subtractors, the outlets of which via the first and second threshold elements are connected accordingly with control inlets of the first and second analogue keys, outlets of which are connected to inlets of the third summator, at the same time the outlet of the first mixer is connected to the third inlet of the third summator.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation by provision of element transition to safe condition in case of signal mix arrival to an inlet in case of short circuit in a hardware device.
