SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automated digital dispatcher control systems. Proposed system has distributed interlocking stations and central control station with train dispatcher working place interconnected by external local network. Stand-by central control unit of each distributed interlocking station consists of interconnected main set, stand-by set and diagnostic module. Each set includes control module and communication module. Control module contains single-chop computer, storage devices, indicating devices, resetting device, display device, input/output buffer, input device, local network matching device, temperature transmitter, time counter, interface conversion unit and device to control said set, and voltage converter.

EFFECT: simplified and reduced cycle of preparation for handing over for operation, possibility of continuous diagnosing condition of system elements, reduced consumption of materials.
