FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: oral care device has a dispenser containing an oral care material and a moisture-impermeable barrier. The oral care device contains a handle, a head connected to the handle (the head containing at least one tooth cleaning element branching off the head front surface) and a dispenser containing an oral care material and positioned on the head, the dispenser to be destroyed under the impact of moisture. The device contains a detachable cap fitted on the head to create an air-impermeable chamber between the inner surface of the detachable cap and the head section; the detachable barrier is made of a moisture-impermeable material; the dispenser is positioned inside the chamber. According to the design versions, the device either includes an elastomer gasket compressed between the head and the cap, or is designed so that to form an air-impermeable ring sealing of the clamping juncture of the cap and the head periphery; alternatively, the device air-impermeable chamber contains a low humidity gas medium; alternatively, the dispenser and the cap in the device are surrounded by multiple tooth cleaning elements.
