FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for laying pipelines at sections with subsiding soils, in flooded sections and permafrost soil sections. Proposed device comprises load bearing element with vertical links and support. Lead-bearing element is composed of transverse tubular beam with end thrusts fitted at the bank. Moving ring is fitted at transverse beam mid part. Vertical links are engaged with moving ring and composed of two branches of flexible round-link chains fixed at support retainers. Moving shell ring is composed of a pipe with inner support inserts at its ends and equipped with two pairs of circular guide ribs to accommodate branches of flexible round-link chains. Every retainer of said support has captivating recesses for said link and cut-out through 90 degrees relative to recess for following chain link while axial thrust is fitted from above the chain link. Transverse tubular beam comprises marker initial position.
