SUBSTANCE: invention relates to batching-locking device (1) of vehicle sand-feeding system, specifically driven rail vehicles including sand storage container (2) with outlet (4) covered by covering element (3) for metered sand supply, as well as with preferably pneumatically actuated transporter (5), where covering element (5) contains lifting rod (7) of electrically actuated lifting magnet (6). The lifting magnet is located inside the sand storage container (2) in the area of outlet (4) and is connected with control device (22) regulating magnet (6) lifting frequency. The control device (22) is connected with device for vehicle speed recording.
EFFECT: smooth regulation of sand supply depending on vehicle speed.
