FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pain transportation from bulk storage bin or sack receiver to pneumatic conveying system and relates to continuous batchers working in volume principle and can be used in food, construction, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Sluice rotor feeder includes bin, casing with loading and unloading nozzles, hollow rotating rotor with hollow perforated blades and perforated hollow shaft installed in the casing. On the rotor shaft, movable air connection consisting of body, packing gland, bearings and flange is installed. Blade interior is made as one section, herewith, blade perforation is located in lower part of blade in three rows in staggered order being equally spaced and represents holes in the form of truncated cones with their large bases directed inside the blade.
EFFECT: invention permits to increase its efficiency, to eliminate dead zones between blades, to enhance efficiency, to simplify design.
