FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, chemical, pulp and paper industries, agroindustrial complex, processing of industrial and solid municipal wastes, in particular, to equipment for grinding of organic and mineral materials. Technological module contains serially interfaced cylindrical grinding chambers 5 and 6. Inside chambers 5 and 6 there are rotors fixed on shafts 7, 19 and 20. Chambers are equipped with press-roller compactor 1 with studded rolls 10, branch pipes 27 and 25 for supply of additives and removal of finished products, respectively. Process module is additionally equipped with feeder-homogenizer 3 of additives and air separator 4 of recirculation action. Feeder-homogenizer 3 is connected to additive supply branch pipe 27, and air separator 4 is connected to finished product discharge branch pipe 25. On rollers 10 of press-roller compactor 1 there are rows of cone-shaped studs 12 alternating along the width of their working surface. Milling rotor 8 in first grinding chamber 5 is made in the form of inverse cones conjugated with each other with larger bases. Taper of milling rotor 8 is realized when using disc cutters of different diameters . At larger value of km.r. and at, respectively, smaller value of , increased wear of cutters and chamber lining, non-uniform distribution of material along the width of the working zone, reduced intensity of its grinding. In first grinding chamber 5, classifying screen 14 on its inner surface has radially arranged cutting plates 17 with lengths inversely proportional to the diameter of the corresponding disc cutters. Combined needle-milling working member of second grinding chamber 6 consists of central cylindrical needle cutter 21 and drum 22. On drum 22 small cylindrical needle cutters 23 are installed with possibility of free rotation.

EFFECT: processing of materials with different physical and mechanical characteristics is provided in the module.
