SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by a composer creating colour music information on a paper frame format which is transferred to a working frame format, from which, at the moment of exposure, colours from columns of the working frame format are encoded and analogue signals of the colour music are generated with playback of said colour music for listening. The method is realised by a colour music producing apparatus which includes an encoder and an audio device.

EFFECT: converting a set of colour filters into codes representing amplitudes of audio signals of corresponding audio frequency ranges.
