SUBSTANCE: results are achieved by including a "binary code-to-continuous binary code" converter, a decoder and an encoder at the transmitting side in each video signal code processing channel, and at the receiving side, a decoder in each colour signal code processing channel, a register unit in each audio playback channel, a decoder and a unit for restoring the primary continuous binary code.
EFFECT: reduced clock- and carrier frequency of the prototype, reduced occupied bandwidth.
