FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an inlet line with a gate valve and a throttle for compressed air inlet, a forechamber, a pulsating air system, a nozzle, a working part, a device for changing angular position of a model for the propeller blade section profile and conducting weight measurements, an exhaust duct, a working chamber. The forechamber has two installed throttles, one of them fulfils a role of the pulsating air system, while the other is intended for adjusting a stationary component of air consumption. Both throttles are made in the form of two perforated cylinders located coaxially, at that, the external cylinders are stationary, the inner cylinder of the pulsating air system is provided with a possibility of making rotational and reciprocative motions, while the inner cylinder of the throttle for adjusting the stationary component of air consumption is provided with a possibility of making reciprocative motions only along the axis. The walls of the working part of the wind-tunnel are made with perforations. The device for changing angular position of the model is made in the form of compartment of the working part of the wind-tunnel, the side walls of the compartment are provided with a strain-gage weigher and a device for changing angular position comprising a mechanism of synchronising the model angular position with the pulsations of flow velocity in the working part.

EFFECT: increasing quality of modelling a full-scale flowover of the propeller blade section profile.
