FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for automated definition of moment developed by various springs and for quality control of their manufacture. Proposed device comprises test bench with output shaft connected with tested spring inner end clamp. Tested spring outer end clamp is coupled with bench output shaft engaged in its turn via reduction gear with motor. The latter is connected to drive control unit output. Besides, it comprises reversing unit and pulse counter, its input being connected to angle transducer output and info output connected with measurement termination decoder. It includes comparator with input connected to photoreceiver connected with light source via optical system mirror. Integrator output is connected to input of analogue-memory unit with output connected to current control unit input. Info output of the latter is connected to ADC input. Info output of the latter is connected to registrator initiation input. Besides, it comprises adjusting device, rocker, moving balancing weight, electromagnet traction winding connected to current control unit control outputs. Electromagnet armature is fitted at rocker first arm, rocker being rigidly secured at test bench output shaft. Optical system mirror and moving balancing weight are fitted at rocker second arm. Said weight is connected with adjusting device. Device includes switch, measurement initiation unit and clutch assy. The latter coupled angle transducer input shaft with test bench input shaft while its control input is connected to switch control input.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements, expanded range of measurements, higher efficiency.
