FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for automated monitoring of the circular potentiometers functional characteristic, selection with allowable travel spread of their functional characteristics from angle of current collector rotation for possibility of assembling various functional units of control and measuring devices into unit. Automated test bench of circular potentiometers comprises controlled potentiometer 1, which has resistive element 2, current collector 3 on axis 4, drive 5 of current collector, which is associated with step motor 27, shoe 6 with first 7 and second 8 terminals for connection of potentiometer, generator of such pulses 9, which output is connected to second input of element AND 13, voltage source 10, first output of which is connected to first terminal 7, first input of first comparator 11 and second input of analogue-to-digital converter 22, first 11 and second 12 comparators, element AND 13, output of which is connected to pulse counter 17 and recorder 23, unit 14 of start-up, which first output is connected to non-contacting signaling device 25 and unit control 15, and second output with clock pulse generator 9, control unit 15, output of which is connected to unit of reference point setting 16, which is connected to first input of pulse counter 17, pulse counter 17, digital output of which is connected to memory register 24, first 18 and second 19 OR elements, sampling and storage unit 20, waiting multivibrator 21, analogue-to-digital converter 22, recorder 23, memory register 24, non-contacting signaling device 25, control module of step motor 26, which output is connected to step motor 27, step motor 27, which sets angle to current collector 3 of controlled potentiometer 1.

EFFECT: high efficiency of operation of the bench by increasing measurement accuracy through introduction of a step drive, which provides accuracy of setting the angle and fixing the value of resistance at the moment of its stopping at the corresponding step, eliminating the error of dynamic non-contacting.
