FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: tackle system of drilling rig with drum winch includes winch with service and emergency brakes, drill line hitched over crownblock and tackle block. The tackle system is additionally equipped with device for unwinding loose portion of drill line. The device contains drill line clamp and hand-operated winch, the body of which is connected with tackle system winch frame, and its rope is connected with clamp. Unwinding of drill line loose portion is performed in two steps. In the first step, on the loose side of line adjacent to drum, a clamp is installed the body of which is connected with operating line of additional hand-operated winch, hand-operated winch body is connected with frame of drilling rig winch. Further, tackle block is lifted by hand-operated winch. In the second step, loose drilling line portion is unwound by rotating drum in reverse direction.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
