FIELD: transportation; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting units for repair of oil wells, including for performance of operations: lowering-lifting of submersible centrifugal and sucker rod pumps, performed by means of mechanical winch and tackle system, mechanized screwing-unscrewing of tubing string and deep-pumping rods during repair with application of hydraulic key. Lifting unit for repair of wells APRS-32/40 contains transport and erection base in the form of a biaxial semi-trailer; front and rear hydraulic outriggers; self-contained diesel drive; traction winch drive transmission consisting of two propeller shafts and upper three-speed manual gearbox with axial-piston pump installed on it for hydraulic equipment drive; traction winch; two-section telescopic mast of truss structure with open front face, installed in working position at acute angle to vertical telescopic hydraulic cylinders, equipped with: rope-and-polyspast system of extension of upper section with hydraulic drive winch, tackle system with crown block in upper part of mast and movable hook block for suspension of pipe string and pump rods, power and wind pulls; mast front support in its transport position; rear support of mast; hydraulic auxiliary winch located in lower part of mast and intended for lifting-lowering of tubing string and pump rods from receiving bridges; hydro-, pneumatic and electric systems of the unit; remote control panel. Transport and erection base is made with built-in platform and railing enclosures for installation of upper equipment and comprises attachment elements – supports for installation and attachment of engine, brackets for installation and attachment of upper gearbox, support for installation and attachment of drill winch, brackets for attachment of fixed branch line of rope. Winch for lifting and lowering of pipe string and pump rods is made with mechanical gear drive, band-shoe pneumatic brake and pneumatic disc friction coupling. Unit contains a special device for arrangement and fixation of the hydraulic key in the transport position on the sliding carriage located in the rear part of the unit. Proposed unit comprises automatic locking and unlocking of upper section of mast with lower section when mast is moved from working to transport position and vice versa. Remote console is rigidly attached to rotary-sliding console, hinged to rear part of unit, and controls all working operations.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of metal consumption and loads on axes, higher reliability and efficiency of operation, reduced time costs.
