SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to oral care compositions and methods for using them. A presented formulation of a stable non-aqueous tooth-cleaning agent contains an enzyme and an enzyme substrate which generates hydrogen peroxide in the presence of the enzyme in the aqueous environment. The enzyme represents glucose oxydase; the enzyme substrate represents glucose with the formulation containing a carrier comprising at least one polymer, or copolymer, wherein the polymer or copolymer is presented by polyethylene glycol, PEG/PPG copolymer, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyethylene.
EFFECT: what is presented is method for tooth bleaching with using the above storage-stable formulation placed in one container with no activity loss.
