FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: quakeproof building comprises a vibroinsulated foundation, horizontal and vertical bearing structures with a system of vibration insulation, inner partitions, a building roof, and also door and window openings with reinforcement, base bearing floor slabs are equipped in areas of their fixation to bearing walls of the building with a system of spatial vibration insulation, made of horizontally arranged vibration insulators, which perceive vertical static and dynamic loads, and also vertically arranged vibration insulators that perceive horizontal static and dynamic loads. The floor in premises is made on an elastic base and comprises a locating plate made of concrete reinforced with vibration damping material, which is installed on the base slab of the floor-to-floor overhead cover with cavities via layers of vibration damping material and hydraulic insulation material with a gap relative to bearing walls of the production room. Cavities of the base slab are filled with vibration damping material, for instance, foamed polymer, and each of vibration insulator comprises rigidly interconnected rubber boards: upper and lower, in which there are through holes, arranged on the surface of the vibration insulator in staggered order, and the shape of vibration insulators are square or rectangular, and their side faces are made in the form of curvilinear surfaces of n order, providing for equifrequency of the vibration insulation system in general. Holes in the cross section are shaped to provide for equifrequency of the vibration insulator. Each of vibration insulators is equipped with vibration damping inserts placed in holes of each vibration insulators and made in the form of a cylindrical damping element, to the ends of which flat elastic stops are rigidly connected, and the inner cavity is filled with a layer of vibration material, for instance, sand. Density of the vibration damping layer is less than density of the outer cylindrical shell of the damping element.
EFFECT: increased seismic safety of buildings and structures.
