FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: earthquake-resistant building containing anti-vibration foundation, horizontal and vertical bearing structures with vibration insulation system, inner partition walls, roof building, and also door and window openings with reinforcement, basic bearing floor slabs at their attachment to carrying building walls are equipped with damping system consisting of horizontal vibration isolators, accepting vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertical vibration isolators accepting horizontal static and dynamic loads; at that floor of rooms is made on elastic base and comprises mounting plate made of reinforced concrete with vibration damping material, which is installed on base plate of inter-floor slab with cavities through layers of vibration damping material and waterproofing material, with clearance relative to bearing walls of industrial facility, wherein resilient floor base is made of needle-felt mats of "Vibrosil" Type on basis of silica or aluminoborosilicate fibres, or solid damping materials, for example plastic, or sound insulation boards based on glass staple fibre “Shumostop" Type with density equal to 60÷80 kg/m3, vibration isolation system of foundation with ground floor is made with simultaneous cutting its with earthquake-proof type joints from neighbouring buildings and surrounding soil, wherein vibration insulators are installed in recess walls of basement on areas of strip foundation, and each set of vibration isolation system consists of metal plate, four vibration insulators, two sheets of sand paper to prevent sliding of foundation elements, and two support reinforced concrete blocks, as well as vibration isolation system is arranged by vertical edges of external walls of basement at level of foundation and covering, wherein around whole building there is retaining wall, its abutments which are connected to ends of bearing walls through vibration insulators, which are installed in recesses of abutments. Each vibration damper is composed as spring vibration isolator containing base, cover, and elastic elements with damper located therebetween, wherein base is connected to cover by means of dry friction damper, consisting of lower sleeve rigidly attached to base, and coaxial with it upper sleeve rigidly attached to cover, and around damper are arranged, at least two flexible elements connected by means of pins with cover and base, and made in form of helical springs, wherein each of elastic elements is made in form of resilient damping mesh element surrounded by spring, wherein density of mesh structure of mesh resilient damping element is in optimal range of values: 1.2÷2.0 g/cm3, wherein wire material of elastic mesh elements is steel of EI-708 grade, and its diameter is within optimal range of values 0.09÷0.15 mm.

EFFECT: reinforcement of buildings or installations, reducing their vulnerability under action of wind loads and earthquakes, improved seismic safety, durability and service life.
