FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is involved is a single slow drop infusion of cisplatin 0.5 ml in the concentration of 0.5 mg/ml into a subcapsular space of a tumour. That is combined with the exposure to a scanning magnetic field (SMF) in the frequency range of 1 Hz to 150 Hz, an induction of 20 mT, an exposure of 10 minutes in a combination with a permanent magnetic field of 20 mT generated by an inducer arranged in the centre between poles of the scanning field.
EFFECT: higher cytostatic permeability, enhanced anticancer effect; the method is cost-efficient, accessible by cheap domestic magnetic therapeutic instruments.
