FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking 1 ml blood from subclavicular vein into sealed flask containing anticoagulant 1 h later after having transplanted tumor cell culture to experimental animals. Cyclophosphane is added and the mixture is incubated during 30 min, intravenously reinfused to rats as single dose stream introduction. When applied in this way, it causes no tumor to occur and grow.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
