SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises housing with pipes arranged vertically at the bed, drive and mixing device. The latter consists of mixers and is arranged inside cylindrical vessel that can displace vertically. Mixing device consists of central and peripheral opposite-rotation mixers. Paths of their blades overlap. Additionally, it incorporates planetary reduction gear to make said mixing device revolve relative to said vessel and case. Note here that peripheral mixers run quicker than central mixer. Peripheral mixers are fitted on shafts of mixing device and turned through 90 degrees relative to each other. Clearance between vessel cylindrical wall and peripheral mixer blade edge makes 1 to 3 mm while clearance between vessel bottom and mixer bottom edge makes 1 to 5 mm.

EFFECT: higher quality of mixing and mixer efficiency, ruled out dead zones.
