FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing loose materials and fluids and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Agitator mixer comprises vertical guide casing with nozzles, drive and mixing device consisting of a shaft and blade mixer arranged inside a cylindrical vessel. Mixing device performs rotational circular motion relative to the vessel. Housing, drive and mixing device have the possibility of vertical movement, and flexible elastic scrapers are installed on the edges of the mixer blades, touching with the cylindrical wall and the vessel bottom; the u-shape scrapers have triangular edge located on the end surface of the scraper on the side of front edge of the blade. At the apex the edge angle varies from 20 to 80 degrees. Edge top is directed in radial direction relative to axis of rotation of the mixer. Edge at the base has a right angle and leg is turned towards rotation of blades.

EFFECT: invention widens the field of use of the mixer for different compositions containing both high-viscosity liquid components and fine loose materials, it enables higher homogeneity due to removal of components of the mixture with the vessel inner surface, higher quality of mixture and efficiency of mixing.
