FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, namely, to loading mechanisms of plants for testing of material samples for creep and time-to-rupture under room temperature, and may be used in factory and research labs. The loading mechanism of the plant comprises a frame, a lever loading device with a bar and a plate for weights, a traction rod and beam, connecting the lower lever with samples, four planks with elongated holes at some ends of the planks and four samples exposed to bending with twisting. Sides of planks not having elongated holes are rigidly connected by screws with some heads of samples exposed to bending with twisting, and other heads of these samples are connected by bolts with the frame. Sides of planks with screws in them, having elongated holes, are connected by axes with the lower heads of samples exposed to tension, and screws in planks make it possible to change distance from axes to longitudinal axes of samples exposed to bending with twisting. Upper heads of samples exposed to tension are connected to two beams, with which, in their turn, the lower heads are connected in the additionally installed four samples, exposed to tension, and upper heads of additionally installed four samples exposed to tension, are connected to the beam, which with the help of two traction rods is connected to the lower lever of the lever loading device.
EFFECT: increased efficiency due to provision of simultaneous testing of eight samples for tension and expansion of functional capabilities by simultaneous testing of four samples for bending with twisting.
