FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the testing equipment, namely to the devices for testing a sample of material for the cantilevered bending, torsion, tension, compression, as well as complex resistance, and can be applied in the training laboratory. Device contains the base, the passive grip, which is fixed to it with the test sample, the shaft with the active grip of the sample, the pulley with the load and pull rod, the pulley is fixed to the shaft with the key, and the lever with the two attached rods. Shaft is fitted with the radial single-row ball bearing, which is encircled by a ring, the loads, which are attached to the ring, the second load, which is attached to the pulley, the circle, which is attached to the shaft with the cutout along the diameter as the integrated whole with the shaft and the load, which is attached to the circle. Lever has two longitudinal slits and both pulley rods, which are attached to its one end from different sides, the rod with two nuts, which connects the circle with the lever, the bolt, which connects the rod with the nut, and the screws, which connect this nut to the lever. Five loads are attached through the pulley rods and units. Drive, the cam shaft with four cams and four pushers are installed there.
EFFECT: technical result is as follows: the wider range of strength studies of the sample material, namely the testing of the sample of the material not only at a constant load, but also at a variable one.
