FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: waist circumference (WC), height and weight are measured. A body weight index (BWI) is calculated. Glucose and lipid levels are measured. If the female has the WC more than 80 cm and the BWI of 25 to 29.9 kg/m2, the normal blood glucose and lipid level, a moderately hypocaloric diet that implies limiting an energy value of food ration by 500-600 kkal a day with the daily food ration, and limited fat consumption to 30%: 10% animal fat and 20% herbal fat, with a portion of daily carbohydrates making 50%, calcium 1100 mg a day, physical exercises for at least 40 min a day at least 5 times a week and combined oral contraceptives containing drospirenone and folate are prescribed. If the WC is more than 80 cm, the BWI is more than 30 kg/m2, and the fasting glucose level is normal, the moderately hypocaloric diet, limited fat consumption to 30%: 10% animal fat and 20% herbal fat, with a portion of daily carbohydrates making 50%, calcium 1100 mg a day, physical exercises for at least 40 min a day at least 5 times a week and pure progestin oral contraceptives (PPOC) are prescribed. If the WC is more than 80 cm, the BWI is 25 kg/m2 and more, and the fasting hyperglycermia, and/or impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), and/or dyslipidemia are observed, the moderately hypocaloric diet, limited fat consumption to 30%: 10% animal fat and 20% herbal fat, with a portion of daily carbohydrates making 50%, calcium 1,100 mg a day, physical exercises for at least 40 min a day at least 5 times a week and pure progestin oral contraceptives (PPOC) are prescribed.
EFFECT: method enables the individual prevention of oestrogen-dependent diseases.
