SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, therapy and can be used to correct metabolic disorders, blood pressure in patients with cardiovascular diseases with excessive body weight through diet therapy. Diet therapy is based on the use of dishes of Russian national cuisine and includes daily consumption of the following products. Whole-grain products in an amount providing at least 30 % of the daily energy requirement, 50 % of which are whole grains in the form of buckwheat, oats, barley, without using sugar in their preparation. Whole-wheat bread with a sodium content of not more than 1 %. Vegetables in an amount not less than 200 g, greens not less than 50 g, berries and fruit not less than 350 g per day. Polyunsaturated fats in an amount that provides more than 50 % of the daily requirement for fats, in the form of linseed, rapeseed, soybean oil, fatty fish, nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower and legumes. Fermented milk products with fat content of not more than 1–2 %. Vitamin D in a dose of 800–1,000 IU per day. In addition, high-protein products are used in the form of low-fat fish at least 3 times a week, the rest – in the form of meat of turkey, chicken, rabbit.

EFFECT: method provides achievement of correction of metabolic disorders in patients with cardiovascular diseases with excessive body weight by increasing adherence to the ongoing treatment activities based on the observance of a certain dietary intake.
