SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Control device comprises permanent mechanical joint coupled with flap and undercarriage to convert displacement of the latter between retracted position and extended position or to its reciprocation. This causes opening and closing of flaps in displacement of undercarriage between said positions. Said permanent joint comprises drive lever articulated with undercarriage element and coupled with sole link with aircraft fixed point to allow reciprocation relative to undercarriage element.
