SUBSTANCE: device comprises first shaft 10 fitted at aircraft to run about axis R, second telescopic shaft 20 mounted at undercarriage to run thereon and to extend along undercarriage almost to the wheels, means 19 to transmit rotation from said first shaft to said second shaft, means 21 to transmit rotation from second shaft to one wheel. Besides, proposed device comprises means 30 for selective braking of one of said shafts relative to undercarriage and first shaft drives 11, 15. In undercarriage lift, undercarriage rigid retaining tool is unlocked. Then, shafts are locked relative to undercarriage by actuating wheel brake or aforesaid selective braking means. Then, drives are actuated to make first shaft run. Then, shafts are locked relative to undercarriage by actuating wheel brake or aforesaid selective braking means. Then, forced running of engine caused by lowering of undercarriage is controlled for adjustment undercarriage lowering.
EFFECT: combined functions of lifting-lowering, wheel drive, aircraft ground run drive, extra means for braking and power takeoff in braking.
