SUBSTANCE: invention relates to configuration of surface freight carrier. proposed method comprises parallel location of the main ship with surface part and crew and extra ship with surface part without crew to accommodate the freight. Said parts are connected by common hollow stiffness pipes. Note here that platform lower part is located and fixed above hollow stiffness pipes Stern between said main and extra ships is equipped with first submarine with propelling screw and attached to said hollow pipes. Bow part between said main and extra ships is equipped with second submarine with propelling screw and attached to said hollow pipes. Surface parts of said main and extra ships represent a platform arranged and locked above common hollow stiffness pipes. Sealed cylindrical hollow vessels for activation of tonnage are positioned along the platform of the main ship on one side and on opposite side of extra ship.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher stability at handling jobs.
