FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed comprises incorporates extra system of automatic ON/OFF system composed of control unit with straight and check valves, spring-loaded piston coupled with friction coupling, permanent magnet and pipeline. Friction coupling consists of drive and drive half-couplings. Drive half-coupling is engaged with compressor shaft and rod with spring-loaded piston. Driven half-coupling is engaged with engine shaft. Chamber above spring-loaded piston is communicated via control unit and pipeline with onboard compressed air cylinder. Rod engaging said friction coupling with spring-loaded piston is composed by two parts interconnected by ball element. Magnetic return device composed by permanent magnet is arranged inside flange adapter of crankcase at driven half-coupling location.
EFFECT: longer life owing to ruled out compressor idling.
