FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes application of a coating by a method of plasma-electrolytic oxidation in a bipolar galvanostatic mode under conditions of plasma discharges at an effective current density ia=ik=5-10 A/dm2, duration of anode and cathode impulses 0.02 s for 5-10 min in a water electrolyte, which contains, g/l: trosodiumphosphate 45-55, sodium tetraborate 20-30 and sodium tungstate 3-5, and the applied coating compressing. Compressing is realised in a water solution of a corrosion inhibitor, which contains sodium oleate, as well as aliphatic or aromatic carboxylic acids, as such mainly used is IFHAN-25 or IFHAN-39, by submergence for 50-60 min at a temperature of 95-100°C with further hydrophobisation in an ethylacetate solution of polytetrafluoroethylene.

EFFECT: increase of anticorrosion processing efficiency and provision of high indices of anticorrosion protection for a wide range of processed alloys of aluminium with the simultaneous increase of ecological safety of the method, improvement of labour conditions and reduction of time consumption.
