FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method is intended for borehole drilling with downhole percussive machines in the mode of rotary-percussion or percussion-rotary drilling. The method of borehole drilling comprises drilling tool rotation with frequency ω, the transfer from the drilling tool to the bottom of the hole of axial force and eccentric shock pulses generated by the downhole percussive machine with the frequency Δ. The eccentric shock pulses from the drilling tool are transferred evenly around the perimeter of the bottom of the drilled hole provided that Δ/ω≥2, where Δ is the frequency of strikes of the downhole machine and ω is the speed of rotation of the drilling tool.
EFFECT: increase in drilling efficiency by increasing the speed of drilling and reduction of the wellbore deviation.
