FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method employs new operations which maximise the output signal-to-noise ratio and which are based on finding the highest eigen values of correlation matrices used to compensate for coherent interference in the form of a forward signal of an illumination transmitter, and during detection of useful signals obtained after interference compensation and corrected on a given set of hypothetical spatial coordinates, directions and velocities of objects.
EFFECT: more efficient search for low-signature mobile objects.
