FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cam clutch comprises a movable half-clutch and a stationary half-clutch fixed in axial direction which are installed on shafts. The stationary half-clutch is fitted by a damping device in the form of two resilient elements fixed by one of their ends to the said half-clutch. The half-clutches are made with triangle profile of cams and the resilient elements are made as S-shaped springs. A bush with four radial protrusions is rigidly fixed on the shaft of the stationary half-clutch fixed in axial direction, the two of the protrusions are set in the grooves of the said half-clutch and the other two are fitted by eccentrics set so that to be able of affecting the free ends of the springs. The width of the grooves is chosen so that to provide for the rotation of the half-clutch in respect to the protrusions in both sides for the angle corresponding to the half the angular pitch of its cams.
EFFECT: higher reliability of clutch actuation and smaller dimensions.
