SUBSTANCE: connector design involves a screw terminal (4) having the first contact part (15) and the second contact part (16), an embracing case (3) including the screw terminal (4), a FPC unit (2) to be inserted in the screw terminal (4) via a connection part (10) of the embracing case (3), and a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) (7) which is connected to the FPC unit (7). A connecting projection (20) is provided on the second contact part (16) in the screw terminal (4). A fixing inclined part (28) sloped in respect to the insertion direction is provided on the inserted front end part (25) of the FPC unit (2). A conductor (6) open to the FPC (7) is fixed to the fixing inclined part (28). A connecting inclined part (22) sloped accordingly to the fixing inclined part (28) is provided on the connecting projection (20).
EFFECT: smaller dimensions of a connector with the possibility of providing for the required contact area for electric connection.
