SUBSTANCE: load from the weight of stripping device hung on the feed elevator 1 of the harvester 2 on the field surface is transmitted through the feeler support elements 11. Movement of the feeler support elements 11 in a vertical plane when changing the height of the harvested standing crop is carried out perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the stripping device without changing the value of the horizontal projection of the distance from the centre of the support elements 11 to pivot of the hinge of the stripping device on the feed elevator 1 of the grain combine harvester 2 with the transfer of load constant in magnitude on the surface of the field. On the feed elevator 1 of the grain combine harvester 2 the feeler machine is hung made in the form of two support elements 11 placed on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the platform 3 of the stripping device on two-armed levers. The free ends of the two-armed levers are interconnected by the synchroniser of their movement. The two-armed levers are moved in the vertical plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the stripping device. The group of inventions provides the variation of embodiment of the synchroniser.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of operation of the stripping device at harvesting standing crop with different plant height.
