SUBSTANCE: mixing device consists of a motor, working members and an actuating mechanism placed in a separate casing. The actuating mechanism consists of a crank-and-rocker mechanism with a central gear wheel engaged with the gear wheels being fixed on the rocker. The central gear wheel is installed on the cover of a reactor casing with the possibility of rotation and is coupled to the motor via the crank-and-rocker mechanism consisting of a crank, a connecting rod and a rocker, and the working members are coupled with the shafts of the gear wheels. The working members can be made as blades with holes.

EFFECT: increased velocity gradient and intensified mixing.
