FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the food, medical, chemical, agricultural industries, as a mechanism necessary for the preparation of homogeneous media. The following are introduced into the mixing device: a crown gear, a shaft and a rocker arm, which form two rotational pairs orthogonal to each other: one of which is the first support of the mechanism, and the second one is designed to be attached to the nut and is located perpendicular to the axis of the screw-nut pair, the upper part of the screw forms a spherical pair with a pin with a shaft, where the trajectory groove of the pin is located in the shaft-screw plane, the shaft is attached eccentrically to the satellite and forms with it a rotational pair with an axis parallel to the carrier axes and intersecting with the axis of the screw, the satellite engages with a crown gear and forms a rotational pair with a carrier, which is fixed on the rack by a rotational pair with an axis parallel to the axes of connection between carrier and satellite, shaft and stellite, and is the second attachment of the mechanism to the rack.
EFFECT: increased quality of mixing, productivity, reduced time of the working cycle, high efficiency, due to the change of the leading link to the carrier, no jamming in the screw pair, no local mobility.
