FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: ground biomass is fed into a gasifier (6) while simultaneously feeding nitrogen (4) and high-temperature superheated steam. The biomass is subjected to drying, removal of volatile substances, pyrolysis and gasification. The obtained raw synthetic gas is fed into a spray tower (11), where it undergoes sharp cooling with condensation of slag and resin and dissolution of alkali metal oxides. The obtained primary synthetic gas is subjected to consecutive cooling, dust removal, deoxidation (14) and drying (15).
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain pure synthetic gas with high calorific capacity, which does not contain resin and alkali metal oxides.
