FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a complex for processing solid organic wastes of wood-working industry by means of their steam plasma gasification with production of synthesis gas, which includes a unit for preliminary preparation and supply of raw material, a unit for plasma treatment, a unit for heat exchange equipment, thermal and electric energy generation units, control unit, characterized by that the raw material pre-treatment and supply unit contains devices for preliminary drying, milling and dosed supply of material with particle size of 10–20 mm, plasma processing unit comprises a raw gasification plasma reactor, in which there is an electrochemical source of high-temperature plasma and a reaction zone for conducting a chemical synthesis reaction at temperature of 1600–2000 °C, unit of heat exchange equipment includes a column providing cooling of synthesis gas due to contact heat exchange with heat carrier, and system of heat exchangers of heat recuperation for possibility of raw material drying in unit of preliminary preparation and supply of raw material, synthesis gas preparation unit comprises a separator for separation of condensed slag, resin, solutions of oxides of alkali metals and part of acid gases from formed synthesis gas, as well as a unit of filters providing purification and drying of synthesis gas, heat energy generation unit includes gas-fuelled gas boilers, power generation unit includes piston and/or turbine electric generators operating on synthesis gas, and control unit is made with possibility of automated control of start-up algorithms, mode output, control, shutdown of complex, as well as fire-prevention and environmental monitoring.
EFFECT: technical result consists in minimization of harmful emissions into environment.
