In addition, the small-sized elements are made with the ability to rotate during the fall, to be distributed and cover a large area due to their housing made in the form of feathers. In addition, in rotation of a small-sized element and its fall the centrifugal and inertial forces are generated respectively inside the element, which are used to replace the condensed water into the water storage compartment.
