FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: product (or group of identical products) is controlled with available (regular) non-destructive check facilities. Actual gamma-percentage resource of the product at the end of operation is determined by detected irregularities. The actual resource is compared with required values of gamma percentage resource. Requirements are determined to validity of the method of non-destructive check to achieve the necessary value of gamma-percentage resource. The method of non-destructive check is selected with required characteristics of validity. The product is controlled with new selected non-destructive check facilities. All detected defects (cracks, poor fusions, irregularities and other defects) of the product material are repaired according to results of two controls.

EFFECT: guaranteed provision of required level of reliability.
