LONG LENGTH LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURAL ELEMENT OF VERTICAL COLUMN TYPE FROM POLYMERIC COMPOSITION MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC E04C3/36

Abstract RU 2529206 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: long length load-bearing structural element of vertical column type from polymeric composition material containing impregnated binding agent and stacked one after another layers of composition material, forming continuous wall of longitudinal hollow and located along spatial spiral curves inclined to a longitudinal hollow axis at constant angle minimum 40 degrees. As the material for layers forming thin-walled cylindrical or low-conical shell, fibreglass roving is used , impregnated with nano-modified compound during "wet" winding of layers, neighbouring layers are wounded with reference to each other crosswise with reference to longitudinal axis and under different corners to longitudinal axis of the device, namely traversally wounded layers - under the corner within a range 40 - 50 degrees; longitudinally wounded layers - under the corner within a range 5 - 10 degrees. The layers form two types of alternating packages differing by amount and arrangement of layers, namely the transversal package from two traversally and crosswise wounded layers and longitudinal package from four longitudinal and alternating crosswise wounded layers, and external and lowermost internal packages of the composition device are transversal ones.

EFFECT: development of long length load-bearing structural element of vertical column type from polymeric composition materials with reduced mass, highly manufacturable, with high resistance to axial, bending and twisting loads, and also unfavourable climatic factors.
