SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of tubes from polymer composite materials and can be used for making missile container launching tube. In the proposed method, a layer of anti-adhesion material is applied on the surface of the mandrel and an additional layer is formed by layer-by-layer circular winding of bands of the impregnated woven material. Sealing layer is formed with a web of uncured rubber with thickness of 0.5 mm of initial width, which is laid along a helical line in one direction, displacing along the circumference each next layer relative to the previous one by part of the initial width of the web, which is a multiple of the number of wound layers. Power frame is formed by winding in a given sequence of alternation of a certain number of double spiral layers of unidirectional roving, impregnated with polymer binder during winding, with provision of winding angle from 20° up to 22°, circular layers of unidirectional roving impregnated with polymer binder during winding, and circular layers of tape pre-impregnated with polymer binder of woven material, laid on mandrel with specified pitch and tension force. After winding of the annular layer of unidirectional roving, the wound pack is compacted.
EFFECT: simplicity and manufacturability of the method, the possibility of using, depending on the requirements of the design documentation, polymer binders of different chemical nature, expansion of technological capabilities for the production of pipes for various purposes while ensuring specified operational characteristics in terms of strength and tightness.
