FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with materials loading and unloading ports, a rotor with blades and rotary drive, a vibrator made with a casing and rigidly fixed in the middle of the mixing chamber, the vibrator can generate two vibration fields, identical in amplitude and different in frequency, by means of upper and lower crank mechanisms. The vibrator casing is made as a metal corrugated shell being a corrugated thin-walled body of rotation which in the vertical plane of its section forms a complex truncated geometric figure by corrugation peaks points, the figure is formed by central intersection of four circles with their centres being the vertices of a square and their radiuses being equal to the diagonal of the said square and can generate two-frequency vibration fields which are in total corresponding by the form to the corrugated contour of the said body of rotation, with differently directed vibrations; inside the said figure in the centre in the horizontal plane a disk with a cylindrical protrusion is rigidly fixed, the said protrusion can be inserted and fixed along the internal diameter of a spring set so that it can be freely compressed/released in a cup, a connecting rod driven by the upper crank mechanism is rigidly attached to the centre of the cup's upper inner part. A pusher is attached to the centre of the cup's upper outer part, the pusher is rigidly coupled by the other end with the inner upper part of the metal corrugated shell and can generate vibrations from the upper part of the vibrator casing via the connecting rod by the upper crank mechanism. The disk provides for the possibility of generating vibrations from the central part of the vibrator casing with the help of four pushers which by their upper part are symmetrically attached to the lower part of the disk and by the lower part are coupled in a movable pivot unit of the connecting rod of the lower crank mechanism.
EFFECT: complete prevention of dead zone formation in a mixing chamber and qualitative intensified mixing of components.
