FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to the equipment for the repair of wheel rim seats. A mandrel to fix the repaired rim and a straightening mechanism are mounted on a frame. According to the first version the straightening mechanism for each version consists of two parts first of which is made as a hydrocylinder connected to a pressure pump. According to the first device version the second part is made as a case consisting of two brackets connected by a threaded bush, a strap with a groove and a support in which self-centring cams are installed on axes and are able of free rotation, pins to limit the rotation of the said cams, and a radius sector connected to the two brackets and the strap with the groove with the help of a stud and a nut and able of longitudinal movement in the said strap groove. According to the second version there is a movable stop able of longitudinal movement in the strap groove. The hydrocylinder stem is connected to the radius sector by a bush, a bolt, a washer and a screw, and the threaded case of the hydrocylinder is screwed into the threaded bush for each version of the device.
