FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: on the bed the drive with the faceplate for fastening on it of the disk to be straightened, the cross support, the longitudinal support with the mechanism for final straightening of disks and the mechanism for preliminary straightening are installed. The longitudinal support is fitted with 90° rotational rotary plate with the mechanisms of preliminary and final straightening located on it perpendicularly with reference to each other. The preliminary straightening mechanism is implemented in the form of the block linkage mechanism with the sliding slotted link the crank of which has a fork inserted into a deformed part of the rim, and a roller inside the slotted link groove. The final straightening mechanism is implemented in the form of two pairs of external and internal rollers the distance between which is equal to the distance between the lines passing perpendicular to the rim surface in places of bend of the flanged lip and the rim seat. The external rollers are installed with a possibility of adjustment of the angle of their inclination to the axis of rotation of the disk.
EFFECT: simplification of the machine design, increase of productivity and decrease of its power consumption, and also improvement of quality of straightening of disk rims of car wheels.
