FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic structure of workshop comprises a workshop frame, bearing walls, a floor, a ceiling, window and door openings, elements of noise suppression. Piece acoustic absorbers are made as crank. Sound absorbers consist of a rigid frame, suspended by hooks on ropes to the building ceiling with a sound absorbing material placed inside the frame and wrapped with a mesh fosta nylon fabric. An expanded steel sheet is fixed to the frame. The frame is made in the form as a rectangular parallelepiped with dimensions of ribs d×h×b, the ratio of which is in the optimal interval of values d:h:b=2:1:0.5, or a cube with a rib dimension of k×L, where min L=100 mm; k - coefficient of proportionality within 1-10 with a pitch of 2, besides, optimal ratios of dimensions must be observed in all suspension schemes: m - from the point of frame suspension on the guide to the ceiling, c - distance between axes of adjacent frames. The ratio of these dimensions must be in the optimal interval of values: m:c 1:1…0.5:1.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of noise suppression.
