FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: control system comprises shock absorber connected with stator with phase windings. Armatures are composed of permanent magnets to reciprocate inside said phase windings. Transfer elements connect phase windings in circuit with consumers and storage battery. Acceleration transducers are mounted at sprung mass and unsprung mass with relative displacement transducer arranged there between. Suspension damping control unit comprises differentiating and integrating links and sprung mass oscillation permissible level setter. Transfer elements between phase windings and storage elements are composed of interconnected rectifiers, power switches, load resistors, reservoir capacitors, step-down-step-up converters, storage battery charge control unit, voltage and current transducers. Suspension damping control unit is connected with power switches of every phase while storage battery charge control unit is connected with step-down-step-up converters of every phase.

EFFECT: control over damping parameters and power transfer to storage battery.
