SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Insert, made with possibility of installation on funnel, for placement of mammary gland in breast pump in accordance with the first version contains passing on circumference elastically deformable wall which forms space for placing mammary gland nipple and opposite which user's mammary gland nipple is located. Insert is made with possibility of forming pressure chamber between elastically deformable wall and funnel, when insert is installed on funnel for mammary gland placement. Said wall is made with possibility of deformation in specified way towards user's mammary gland nipple, located in space for mammary gland nipple placement, when between space for mammary gland nipple placement and pressure chamber created is such difference of pressures that peristaltic impact is applied to user's mammary gland nipple in order to facilitate release of milk from it. Space for mammary gland nipple placement has hole for placement of user's mammary gland nipple and rigidity of wall, proximal to hole lower than rigidity of elastically deformable wall, distal relative to hole. First section of said wall, located proximally to hole, is made with possibility of deformation in direction to user's mammary gland nipple, located in said space for mammary gland nipple placement, before second section of said wall, distal with respect to said hole, deforming in direction of user's mammary gland nipple. First section of said wall has shape of elliptical truncated cone. Second section has cylindrical shape, so that when difference of pressures between space of mammary gland nipple placement and pressure chamber is created, first section deforms in direction of said user's mammary gland in order to apply to it positive pressure, before second section, deforming in direction of said user's mammary gland. Insert in accordance with the second version contains passing on circumference elastically deformable wall, which forms space for placement of mammary gland nipple and opposite which user's mammary gland nipple is located. Insert is made with possibility of forming pressure chamber between elastically deformable wall and funnel, when insert is installed on funnel for mammary gland placement. said wall is made with possibility of deformation in specified way in direction of user's mammary gland nipple, located in space for mammary gland nipple placement, when between space for mammary gland nipple placement and pressure chamber such difference of pressures is created that peristaltic impact is applied to user's mammary gland nipple to facilitate release of milk from it. Space for placement of mammary gland nipple has hole for placing user's mammary gland nipple, and rigidity of wall, proximal to hole, lower than rigidity of elastically deformable wall, distal relative to hole. First section of said wall, located proximally to hole, is made with possibility of deformation in direction of user's mammary gland nipple, located in said space for mammary gland nipple placement, before second section of said wall, distal relative to said hole, deforming in direction of user's mammary gland nipple. First section of said wall is made of material, whose rigidity coefficient is lower than of material, which forms second section of said wall. Insert in accordance with the third version contains passing on circumference elastically deformable wall, which forms space for placement of mammary gland nipple and opposite of which user's mammary gland nipple is located. Insert is made with possibility of forming pressure chamber between elastically deformable wall and funnel, when insert is installed on funnel for mammary gland placement. Said wall is made with possibility of deformation in specified way in direction of user's mammary gland nipple, located in space for mammary gland placement, when between space for mammary gland nipple placement and pressure chamber such difference of pressures is created that peristaltic impact is applied to user's mammary gland nipple to facilitate release of milk from it. At last one rib passes in longitudinal direction on elastically deformable wall to control compression of said wall in direction of mammary gland nipple. Funnel for mammary gland placement in accordance with the first version is intended for breast pump and contains insert in accordance with the first version. Funnel in accordance with the second version is intended for breast pump and contains insert in accordance with the second version. Funnel in accordance with the third version is intended for breast pump and contains insert in accordance with the third version. Breast pump contains funnel in accordance with the first version, on which insert in accordance with the first version is installed with possibility of removal. Breast pump includes means for creation of negative pressure in funnel, when user's mammary gland is placed in it.
EFFECT: inventions ensure release of milk from mammary gland by method more similar to actions of sucking baby.
